Ashok Leyland launches Circuit – electric bus in India
Ashok Leyland has launched Circuit – an electric bus designed and
engineered entirely in India. The bus comes with a minimum seating capacity of
35 and a maximum seating capacity of 65.
It can run up to 120 kilometers on a single recharge and can be
used in hilly regions and heritage places also.
The bus is priced between Rs1.50 crore to Rs3.50 crore and the
company is in the midst of tendering process for the bus with 3-4 state
transport undertakings.
